Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by TinTin (“TinTin”, “we”, “us”), including tintin-x.com and the TinTin studio apps (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

1. The Services

TinTin provides AI-powered tools that turn your product photos into on-model visuals — for example, rendering press-on nail sets as photoreal on-hand product images. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and, for paid features, able to enter a binding contract.

3. Credits, payments, and refunds

• Paid features are credit-based: you purchase credits or a plan and spend credits per render. Current plans are described on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Prices may change; changes apply to future purchases, not credits you have already bought.
• Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable once spent. Contact [email protected] for billing issues.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, designs, and other materials you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Generated visuals and commercial use

Subject to these Terms and your plan, you own the visuals the Services generate from Your Content and may use them commercially — in your product listings, storefronts, and paid ads. You may not claim that a generated image is an unedited photograph where a marketplace or law requires disclosure, and you are responsible for complying with the rules of the channels where you publish.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to use.
• Generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Use the Services to create misleading depictions of identifiable real people.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or access the Services to build a competing product.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, models, designs, and branding, are owned by TinTin and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) survive.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing visuals before publishing them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinTin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TinTin harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
